My name is Lydia,

But my friends call me Lyd.

I am a graphic designer/illustrator/artist based in Brooklyn, New York. I grew up in Williston Vermont, and in the Spring of 2022 I graduated from the University of Vermont, having completed a bachelor of communications and visual design.

I mainly aspire to create artwork that brings people joy, hence the name of my brand; love your designs (a.k.a. LYD). I developed this brand concept shortly after my introduction to the world of digital artistry and design. My path towards becoming a graphic designer began my freshman year of college, when I learned about the magic of drawing tablets. Between using Adobe Illustrator and Procreate, I have found a way to continue my love for painting in the never-ending digital age.

My varied interests have given me an open-minded, resourceful and hands-on approach to graphic design.
